Itinerary Modifications
Naciris Travel is committed to providing the best possible experience as outlined in each tour itinerary. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures or delays
- Government decisions
- Public holidays or special events
- Monument renovations or closures
We reserve the right to alter the sequence of the itinerary, substitute hotels, or change activities when necessary. These changes are always made with the guest’s safety and overall experience in mind. No refunds will be issued due to itinerary adjustments caused by such events.
Tour Inclusions and Exclusions
Each tour package clearly outlines what is included (e.g., accommodation, meals, transport, guided visits) and excluded (e.g., international flights, travel insurance, tips, optional excursions).
It is the responsibility of the traveler to review all included services before confirming a booking. Any services not explicitly listed as included are considered optional or excluded and are the financial responsibility of the traveler.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. This should cover:
- Trip cancellation or curtailment
- Medical emergencies and hospitalization
- Loss, theft, or damage of luggage
- Personal liability
Naciris Travel is not liable for any costs or losses incurred due to a lack of insurance or inadequate coverage.
Health & Personal Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the chosen tour and for managing their own medical conditions, allergies, or special needs. Any such issues must be communicated to Naciris Travel at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or personal health complication that may arise during the tour, whether caused by climate, physical activity, food, or other external factors.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, depending on the terms of the package. The full payment deadline and the cancellation policy will be communicated in writing.
In the case of cancellation:
- Any non-refundable deposits will be retained
- Refunds (if applicable) will follow the cancellation timeline shared upon booking
- Naciris Travel is not responsible for additional costs due to changes or cancellations caused by force majeure or third-party suppliers
Third-Party Services & Liability Waiver
Naciris Travel works with carefully selected third-party providers, including hotels, transportation companies, and licensed guides. While we strive to work with reputable partners, we do not control the operations of third parties and cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays
- Accidents
- Loss of belongings
- Service interruptions
- Personal injury or damages caused by any third party
By booking a tour, the client agrees to waive all claims against Naciris Travel in the event of any loss or damage not directly caused by our negligence.
Media Use
During the tour, our team or your group may take photos or videos. These may be used by Naciris Travel for marketing, social media, or promotional materials.
If you prefer not to appear in any public content, please inform us in writing before or during the tour. Your request will be respected.
Group Behavior & Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to respect local customs, our team, and fellow travelers. Naciris Travel reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner that:
- Disrupts the group experience
- Poses a risk to others
- Violates local laws or customs
No refund will be issued in such cases.
