Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: June 22, 2025
Welcome to Naciris Travel. By booking a trip, tour, or any travel service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which define our mutual responsibilities and protect both parties.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (typically 30%, unless stated otherwise). Final confirmation will be issued in writing with an invoice and itinerary summary.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days before the start of your tour. For last-minute bookings (within 15 days), full payment is required at booking.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Bank transfers
- Credit/debit card payments
- Cash (when booking in person in Morocco)
All payments are made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) or Euros (EUR).
Cancellations by the Client
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are issued as follows:
Notice Period | Refund Condition |

More than 30 days | Full refund minus deposit |
15–30 days | 50% refund |
Less than 15 days | No refund |
Non-refundable third-party services (flights, hotels, etc.) are excluded.
Cancellations by Naciris Travel
We may cancel a tour due to:
- Force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic)
- Low enrollment (for group tours)
You’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Client Requests
Date, name, or itinerary changes are possible upon request, subject to availability and additional costs.
Program Adjustments
Naciris Travel reserves the right to:
- Change the order of the itinerary
- Substitute hotels or transport
- Adjust routes due to safety or weather conditions
We will maintain service quality and notify you in advance.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance, which covers:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations or delays
- Lost luggage
- Personal liability
Naciris Travel is not liable for losses, injuries, or delays not caused by our negligence.
Passports, Visas & Health
You are responsible for:
- Holding a valid passport (minimum 6-month validity)
- Obtaining required visas
- Complying with vaccination or health regulations
We are not liable for issues due to missing or incorrect travel documents.
Accommodation & Services
Hotel categories are based on local Moroccan standards. We aim to deliver accommodations as described, but reserve the right to substitute with similar or higher category hotels if needed.
Room preferences (twin/double, adjacent rooms, etc.) are subject to availability.
Transportation
All transport is provided by licensed, insured vehicles with professional drivers. Vehicle types may vary depending on group size, terrain, or road conditions.
Responsibility & Liability
Naciris Travel acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, drivers, guides). We are not responsible for:
- Airline delays or missed connections
- Lost or damaged baggage
- Illness, injuries, or accidents not caused by our team
- Acts of God, weather, or political events
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.
Conduct & Safety
We expect respectful behavior from all guests. Naciris Travel reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior:
- Disrupts the group
- Violates local laws or customs
- Jeopardizes safety
No refund will be issued in such cases.
Photos & Media
Photos or videos taken by our team during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the tour.
Complaints & Disputes
If an issue arises:
- Notify your guide or contact our office immediately.
- If not resolved, submit your complaint in writing within 7 days after the tour.
Disputes shall be governed under Moroccan law, and resolved in the jurisdiction of Marrakech, Morocco.
